Dear Paul,
I listened to "Seeds of Peace" for the first time going to and coming home from work.  I drive through a wooded area both ways most days if I am not heading elsewhere after work. Your music on "Seeds of Peace" was so beautiful, so peaceful, so loving; driving in nature in what felt like a dreamy day to me was just so heart-opening. The warm air, the almost mistyness to the day, the smell of lilacs so sweet in the air in amongst the trees.  From the moment I drove off this morning it was like I slowed down and I noticed a man putting his garbage out with his dog and we smiled at one another, I noticed further down a man walking his son to school and they drew my attention and we connected and smiled, it was like in a dream. I stopped at a canal after work too close to home and across the canal on the bank were two deer!  Just so lovely. I had tears through some of it, because I tear up when I am moved deeply by beauty. Energizing "Seeds of Peace" With A Pre-Release Concert Tour
Visiting Germany, Spain, England, Cyprus, Jordan, Egypt and Italy   

So far, "Seeds of Peace" has travelled to Bermuda, Canada, Frankfurt Germany, Barcelona Spain, Alicante Spain, Elche Spain, Tabarca Spain, London England, Cyprus, Amman Jordan, Cairo Egypt, Rome Italy, and Munich Germany. It has been shared with two performances of people gathering to better understand and share in the beauty of conscious music's vibrations. So many hearts and souls have been a part of this humble beginning of my grassroots record to help the soul feel its worth from within. When I began this album's idea and vision, I was in New York City singing for the United Nations as a guest singer for the UN's International Day of Peace on the 70th Anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights. I remember so clearly knowing I would create a peace project as I boarded our airplane to India to meet SisterDr Jenna in hopes of meeting Dadi Janki along with a beautiful group of peaceful souls on the top of mount Abu.....friends and soul family.
Bringing this pre-release vibration of peace to life in the countries and places and spaces I have visited was a vision I had... in hope of energizing this album with peaceful sharing among kind hearts and souls that understand that true peace comes from within....

As this album releases worldwide tomorrow, my hope and prayer and intention for this album is for it to touch as many hearts and souls as possible to help inner peace and self love and self worth be noticed and celebrated from the soul of each listener.

I believe and know that real change and real peace must always come first from the inside out for it to be lasting peace.

Reflection  – March 20th, 2019🌸

It's official now, after 7 months of careful caring, planning,  praying, meditating, creating, writing, reflecting, and loving this beautiful conscious music project to life with God,  "Seeds of Peace" has finally been compiled and sent to the publishing house as of last night.  This precious project took so much care, as I wanted it to be EXACTLY WHAT HAS BEEN IN MY HEART AND SOUL to help the SOUL FEEL ITS WORTH.  It is what I am calling "MUSICAL MEDITATIONS" for the soul to reflect on the beauty of life and the miracle of it all – making sure to ACCURATELY honour just how strong and just how magnificent and AMAZING life as a conscious human being truly is.  Becoming the vessel of God's Pure Love and bringing JOY, BEAUTY, REVERENCE and DIVINE LOVE all together as a SOVEREIGN PEACEFUL BEING from the INSIDE OUT and Uniting with UNITY as a UNITED PEOPLE.   

I hope I've done it justice as I have given it my all for you, for God, and for my heart and my soul.  I wanted to help the feelings of LIBERATION and LOVE for self and others to come into CRYSTAL CLEAR FOCUS.

While recording "SEEDS OF PEACE" I wanted to do this all during Christmastime because I LOVE Christ and the reflection space of winter, and snow,  and the seasons greetings and the hustle and bustle of the HOLY HOLIDAY SPIRIT and feelings that so clearly bring the best out of human beings during the FESTIVE end of the YEAR CELEBRATION.  What a BIG YEAR 2018 was for me... 

After singing as a guest musician for the 3rd time at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City last Autumn  for the "UN International Day of Peace" on September 21st, 2018 "Seeds of Peace" began to come to life in my heart and soul.  I knew something magical was happening as I sat at that piano and sang my song "MY HEART" to a gorgeous audience gathered at the UN TILLMAN CHAPEL sitting and singing beside one of the final contestants on American Idol and being interviewed on the CBC radio; a #milestone in my heart and soul for having done something good for the world after all the miles I had travelled and all the things I have learned from being a human being. (thank you so much Denise Scotto for all the UN invitations; tears of gratitude stream from my eyes as I write this).

After being in New York and being a part of the celebration of  the 70th Anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights, we flew to the MYSTICAL LAND OF INDIA to meet Dadi Janki and to tour the lands of where yoga and meditation were born.  How does one even begin to explain what INDIA brought to my heart and soul.  To see 1.4 billion people on this planet all in one country and how they have sometimes EVERYTHING and at sometimes NOTHING – I began going even deeper within myself as to what it TRULY MEANS to be a human being.  Not seeing a fellow human being have running water changed me forever.  Not seeing a fellow human being having a smile for life changed me forever.  Not seeing the spark of God's pure love changed me forever and I realized how spoiled I am and how much I have taken for granted in my life for the spark of God I have always known.  Until someone can look into another souls eyes and see what is there on the inside – even if someone has forgotten their spark I knew my job on this album was for those that had forgotten the spark of God's Love that is literally GOD.

We all have this SPARK of GOD within us.  We are either aware of it or not.  Conscious of it or not.

We humans have a HUGE spectrum of what we understand and what we don't.  The vast and broad spectrum and gamut of being conscious or not always makes me ponder as a conscious human being.  For me, what being a conscious human being is, is the commitment to take responsibility for the energy one creates and co+creates with reverence for all that is and all that will ever be.  I have done my very best on this album and all of my albums to leave behind a TRAIL of LOVE that is DIVINE with my creator fusing the creator that I am – a piece of – and the creator I am a part of – for I have reached and stretched and grown with God, the source of all the purest love I know each of us has been made with.

My mantra on this album was for the SOUL to FEEL its holy and divine worth from within in both softness and at the same time JOYFUL jubilation.

THE PLAN, yesterday in submitting my album "Seeds of Peace" to my worldwide music distributor CD BABY, I decided to release "SEEDS OF PEACE" for pre-purchase that will begin on April 4th, 2019 –  A very important day in human history....the day Dr. Maya Angelou was born and the day Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was shot in 1968 for being the leader of PURE LOVE that he was as a humanitarian.  I wanted to honour two of my greatest spiritual teachers and celebrate them as the HERO & SHERO that each of them were and even more importantly still are – you see no matter what – their soul LIVES forever in the VAST energy trail they left behind for all of us to take notice.  What I know for sure is both, were angels for the world we all know, and it is our job to always remember the legacy and teachings they left behind as a treasure trail of wisdom for the soul.  So on April 4th, you will be able to download my song "BEAUTIFUL DAY" which I wrote to remind the soul of the fact everyday is BEAUTIFUL & BLESSED.

The album will release worldwide on Sunday, May 12th, 2019 the day my parents were married and wed in holy matrimony in honour of the LOVE they brought together to share and create and co+create life as ONE LOVE.

To all those who have helped me in my life for 42 years on planet earth, Thank you with all of my heart and soul.  I have so much gratitude in my whole being and I pray for you to know just how much I love you for caring and nurturing me.  I have been a student to each of you and I love you for teaching me all the LOVE that you know within your heart and soul.

Many often don't give music, frequencies or vibrations much thought – well let me share with you just how important and vital vibrations and frequencies (music) are to life and the growth and the expansion of nature's beauty to create new seeds to germinate new life.  

This is a very unique story about one specific plant and it's flower and one specific bee – the only bee able to vibrate with a middle C note.  

The sea rose, Orphium frutescens, and it's exclusive relationship with a carpenter bee, is the only way this plant can be pollinated.  You see, only the female carpenter bee has the "key note".  When the bee lands on the flower the carpenter bee magically wraps the stamen of the flower with it's whole body and changes it's natural flapping of it's wings to an exact note which just happens to be a middle C – these vibrations of middle C are the only frequencies that unlock the stamen of the flower – upon this note being produced by the bee, the stamen bursts open spraying out the rich yellow pollen locked inside of the plant all over the bee and all over the flower.  This is in fact how the flower and the bee is able to reproduce.  The carpenter bee brings home the pollen which is food to feed the larva of it's offspring and the plant is able to create seeds from the bee opening the stamen and pollinating it's reproduction process.

It's an amazing story of a plant responding to the hum, vibration and frequency of this exact particular carpenter bee's wings.  The same results can be achieved with a tuning fork vibrating with a middle C – by placing the tuning fork on the stamen of the plant –  the rich yellow pollen bursts out of the stamen.  No other bee in nature has this knowledge or ability making the Sea Rose, Orphium frutescens, a beautiful story of proving the power of vibrations and notes and their effect on the natural world.  

For me this brings to light the science of vibrations, frequencies, and music.  We too are from the natural world just like the flowers and the bees.  Each of us having a soul signature – a natural organic vibration that keeps us in balance.  Music which is simply a collection of vibrations and frequencies in form – play vital roles on our development, our social capacity to communicate, and our cultural diversity.  Music for me is a very powerful form of expressing the soul signature and communicating from a soul to soul, heart to heart communication.
